My story
The first six years of life are critical for building a foundation of self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-love.
Without strong supports and role models, many people grow up with trauma and low self-esteem. After aging out of care, Natasha struggled with job stability, addiction, domestic violence, body dysmorphia, eating disorders, and undiagnoses mental health issues.
However, In December 2018, Natasha entered a 12-step-progam that transformed her life. She completed university twice, researched personal development, spirituality, conscious parenting, trauma, and resiliency. I got married and healed myself and my children. Today, I am a proud mother of five
.
Originally from Samson Cree Nation, Natasha’s journey began with a deep-rooted desire to make a difference in her community.
At three years old, Natasha’s mother gave her up to child services due to the effects of intergenerational trauma.
After her mother was tragically murdered, Natasha remained in the child care system until she aged out, enduring numerous foster homes and various forms of abuse.
My Diamonds workshops and courses are created for women who want to change their lives. They are for those who wish to transform their stories from things happening TO them to things happening FOR them. I aim to help shift perspectives, develop new habits, and plant the seeds for greater alignment with self and the Universe for life and business. I am NOT your typical business coach! I have endured significant challenges and am not ashamed to talk about them to inspire YOU to do the same.

Natasha Delany is a dynamic business coach dedicated to empowering Indigenous women entrepreneurs. With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and an MBA, she blends academic excellence with real-world experience to guide clients toward brilliance.
In 2021, Natasha founded Indigenous Project Events, a corporate event management company specializing in Indigenous experiences. She co-founded Delany Enterprises Inc. with her husband, offering transformative services like the Diamonds Masterclass and the Diamonds Mastermind, a six-month course designed to equip Indigenous women with essential business skills, confidence, and community support.
Natasha believes that, much like diamonds, Indigenous women shine brightest after enduring significant challenges. Her coaching sessions provide profound insights, enhance leadership, and promote strategic business growth. Natasha’s programs foster clarity, confidence, and sustainable success.
